Jul 10,2015I ordered a car seat as I found just kidding to be the best price online. I was phoned the next day to make sure I would be in for delivery and to check I had the correct compatible base. The delivery was by 9.30 the following morning. Was very impressed with the service and organisation of the company. Would defiantly use again and recommend!

The service was flexible and straight forward and I was please to recieve additional discounts on subsequence purchases. The pram was delivered a few months after the show and this was straight forward and Shikha has been excellent at keeping me informed of the status of all orders

Jun 21,2015I made a call over the sales line in which i had to call a number of ocations to get through. Treatment was great, staff help was good, only down side was that i asked and i was told i would be getting a receipt over the post and also an email confirming this so, but yet as of until now i havent recieved either. I have called again to get this solved, staff said i would be sending you the email as soon as i come off the phone yet nothing again, it does make me think wether there is anything weird or suspicious about it all. Thanks

Jun 19,2015Really recommend any first timers to talk and visit Shilpa for all your baby stuff. Not pushy at all and will guide you through all your different options plus she has everything so it's a one stop shop! I did a lot of price comparisons before we went to the shop and Shilpa matched or beat them all without me even asking or telling her my prices... On the buggy I couldn't have found a better deal anywhere and it makes this exiting time of buying baby stuff that bit more personal.
