Apr 03,2015It was great to see iCandy products in display however it was even better to know Just Kidding was at our doorstep in Kingsbury! We visited the store and met Shilpa. She really was a fountain of knowledge when it came to any products in the store. We had reservations to purchase iCandy due to the higher price but comparing and trying few we ended up settling for Peach 3. Baby due in July, pushchair set due in June... Can't wait for both!!!

Apr 02,2015I have a Glacier coloured peach jogger by iCandy - it has now been discontinued but I managed to find a matching parasol on the JustKidding website. I called them and spoke to someone on the phone who was very helpful and checked with the warehouse that they actually had the item. It was shipped out next day for me. Arrived in perfect condition, within 2 days of ordering. Very happy customer!

Mar 30,2015Looked around for a good quality stroller but not something to cost as much as a car. This is a much better quality than more expensive ones. Extremely comfortable with 4x wheels suspension. Bigger wheels than others that gives better stability and better handling on any surface. Good size undertray. Fully adjustable seat that goes flat. I consider myself lucky I found this model as Chicco is not that well known in the UK. That's a shame. Other brands are exclusively and put a barrier to better and more affordable ones. That's affecting our pockets.

Mar 29,2015The staff conducted themselves well, however, the queuing system was a complete nightmare. We were all herded into a hot, cramped waiting area. There were no ticket allocations or anything to let the staff know who was next in the queue. As a result, my husband and I waited for over half an hour just to pay for our product. Other customers were being served before us when we had waited longer (basically whoever spoke up the most got served first). We were on the brink of walking out of the sale as we were so frustrated. We witnessed at least 3-5 couples walk away from the sale because they were angry. You really need to re-evaluate your sales process.

Mar 28,2015ordered pram on sunday night, got an email detailing the delivery details, item arriveed on tues. price was £20 cheaper than RRP and other retailers as well so overall, very happy

Mar 27,2015Just kidding have been nothing but brilliant in the service they've provided to me these past two years. Product availability is excellent and the staff were very good at getting back to me with price match promise. In fact they've beaten other leading retailers on price everytime. Highly recommend Just kidding :D

Mar 25,2015I have had a great experience with JustKidding so far. Staff was very helpful and have been in touch after the show as well to arrange the delivery. I have purchased a car seat and it was a great deal. It's worth mentioning that my purchase was made at the very last minute of the show, when everyone was really tired.

Monday morning i phoned customer services & the stopped the order asap & my money was refunded that afternoon. I will definatly shop here again as they were perfect

Apr 08,2015The item I had ordered was out of stock in the colour I wanted. I received a phone call and a follow up email explaining and they refunded my money immediately. I was able to call them back, order a colour that was in stock and the item arrived the next day. Their customer service was the best I have had for a long time and their prices are very competitive.
