Oct 08,2014Ordered a changing bag and not dispatched after 5 days yet money has been taken out of my account? I then get an email to say can i provide my phone number so they can contact me. I'll await the call but of the item was not in stock you shouldn't of taken my money and I should of been contacted sooner. I just want what I've paid for! It wasn't cheap either!!

Oct 08,2014Haven't heard from the company 5 days after I've made my order. But they managed to debited my account the same day! Replays very strange: We didn't have your number so we couldn't sent your items." Someone will phone today and let you know about your order." They never did. Left voicemails ,they never got back to me that day."Oh sorry we were closed on Sat". 2 days later new reason for not delivering my goods" box was damaged". Finally I've been told after I wanted to make a complaint" I'm sorry, do you want cancel your order" . Nearly a month later I am receiving phone calls from the company itself and suppliers as they loaded my phone number on there systems by mistake!!!

Oct 04,2014We found this store online and went there while i was pregnant with our twins, it was quite a drive for us, but worthwhile as the service was outstanding we got a full explanation on the ICANDY which is where we were interested in, we ordered the 3 and did all over the phone as we had our training already previous, we were able to handle it all by phone and the staff was working with me to make sure i would be able to travel with the new stroller, fantastic service any Q or concerns they call you straight back I would recommend the store to all my friends, and it is the fantastic staff that makes this store what it is !

Oct 03,2014I was highly impressed with just kidding I ordered a pushchair on the Saturday aft and it was delivered by tues morning. price was the best I could find beat the price of the same pushchair anywhere else. I got e mails to give me a delivery time and it was delivered at the time stated. Very pleased with my pushchair arrived boxed well and no damage. I e mailed just kidding before ordering and got an reply a few hours later to check I could choose my delivery day, all in all very happy will definately order from them in future.

Sep 28,2014I bought this new cushion for my maxi cosi at an excellet price of £45! Ebays cheapest was £60! always had Ebay down as the cheapest online page. Not only that but the cushion is in excelent condition and came with seat belt cover and hood (i did not expect!). Thanks so much

I called your office where I spoke to a lady who was amazingly helpful, she found all the items I needed. We needed them for our holiday which was in two days time. She organised them to be delivered the following day. We received tracked messages of exact delivery times, items delivered perfectly. Not only are you the cheapest, from my experience you have the best customer service and take the time to go that extra mile, without question. Oct 16,2014I searched the internet for a Britax Dualfix car seat for our grandchild and was pleased when I found it on Just Kidding site cheaper than anywhere else. Once I had ordered it, I received a telephone call informing me that it would be delivered the following week. On the day of delivery I received a text and an email informing me when it would be delivered, with a one hour timescale. I received my delivery within this timescale. Excellent contact and excellent product. Thank you Just Kidding!!
