Aug 15,2014Although the company name doesn't suggest, these guys surprised with their quality service. Products delivered without problem, on time. The pleasant surprise came when dealing with their customer service. I had inadvertently ordered two products when wanted one. It was only after paying I noticed. Their customer service responded to my email within a couple of hours (on a Sunday, GMT); the order was corrected and money refunded. Thanks so much Just Kidding team

Aug 05,2014We were exceptionally pleased with the initial sales advice and support we got from just kidding. We were keen to find a knowledgable shop and buy as much as we could from that one place for ease. The assistant we had was great and very helpful. We placed a large order and were able to select a delivery date in the future closer to my due date. After we placed our order, there were some additional items we were after and questions I had. I had been encouraged to email afterwards if I did have any such requests. No one came back to me but I sourced the products and information elsewhere so wasn't necessarily an issue. Although they missed out on another sale. The order arrived on delivery date (I had to proactively call them and ensure it was still coming and nominate a time but that's ok). The delivery man was great and put the pram together for no extra charge. Unfortunately, when we assembled the cot top changer we saw there was damage and there was an issue with the bath we ordered. The cot top changer was mamas and papas. It took an additional 3 weeks to receive these items which required me to continually chase. The replacement cot top changer then arrived and has a part missing. I have been chasing this for a further week. It is now been 1 month since the original delivery date and the communication to let me know what is happening has been poor, requiring me to continually ring for more information. Unfortunately have had to give 3 stars to what would otherwise have been a 5 star initial rating. Friends have asked if I would recommend this store and I am quite on the fence about it. While I recognise the mamas and papas merchandise is not directly theirs I would expect more ownership and communication to sort this matter out. My advice would be to ensure you book a delivery date well in advance of your due date to sort through any issues should they occur. ** pleased to update that the matter has now been resolved very satisfactorily. Just kidding played an integral role in resolving with mamas and papas, they then assembled the cot top changer themselves to ensure all the parts were there and arranged prompt delivery with lots of communication to let me know what was going on. Have updated to 4 stars accordingly and on the basis of latest experience, would be very happy to shop with them again.

Aug 04,2014We ordered a nursery furniture set from this company as they were slightly cheaper than a larger national company and had the item in stock for delivery sooner. We contacted them as asked if they could guarantee delivery for a particular day. They double checked and said it would be possible. Once ordered online we contacted them again just to confirm and sure enough they had the order already and were readying it for dispatch within 48 hours to ensure we received it on the day we specified. Excellent, helpful and polite staff members. Thank you for helping us complete our nursery in time :)

Aug 03,2014Ordered pushchair at 10am on a Monday morning. Waited for an email to say that the pushchair had been dispatched, no email Tuesday or Wednesday so I decided to ring them Thursday morning. They said they would look into my order as it should have been dispatched so they would phone me back...... An hour and a half later still no call so I phoned them back and they still have no answers. I then get a call Thursday afternoon with some story and offer me another pushchair which I decline as it might be £20 extra ( at no cost to myself ) but it's not what I wanted, so they say leave it with us and I'll get back to you again. Yet again another call to say the pushchair that they have for me is damaged and they can't send it...... So in the end a full refund was given. But if I hadn't called on Thursday morning when would I have found out that I wouldn't be receiving this pushchair!

Although the product was in the sale, a generous 40% off at that, the delivery was still free and arrived within 2 days, with e-mail updates on the progress of our order. Top notch service all round and we look forward to using Just Kidding again!

Although the item was to be delivered for free it came 2 days after I ordered it with free text letting me know what time it will be delivered. I will definitely be buying again from you. Jul 13,2014I ordered a bugaboo cameleon which was in great offer as it comes also with maxi cosi car seats. And the next day I received an email that it will take at least 2 weeks to be dispatched which was not convenient at all because I will leave UK for a long trip and I needed the bugaboo with me so I contacted the customer service on the phone and they were extremely helpful. they worked there magic and sent the whole package 3 days before my travel day

I was kept up to date through out the process of when items would be received and then when delivery came it was on time and in perfect condition. Can not praise then highly enough.

A few days after placing our order the store called me to query my order, and told me that the rain cover I bought was already included in the price, they promised me a refund and organised delivery for the next day. The product arrived very promptly the next day at no extra cost and was in pristine condition. I was very impressed with the service, price and delivery I received from Just Kidding and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone else who is looking for expensive baby products at a good price.
