Apr 12,2014I was looking for an icandy baby item and couldn't locate one anywhere! Our local stockist sauce we wouldn't be able to get it as they had changed the colours so we would have to order a non matching item! Everywhere was out of stock, except just kidding! Thank you

Apr 09,2014This company is exceptional. The moment you enter the store wise and practical advice and support is offered. Now, nearly two years after we purchased our pram, we only have to call up and the staff will go out of their way to help in any way that they can. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Apr 09,2014Car seat took 6 working days to despatch (even though the website indicated it was in stock). I needed it urgently but was unable to get a response from their warehouse when I tried to query the despatch date (phones weren't answered and no one had called back 24 hours later following a message left). I eventually managed to get through to someone in the sales dept who did offer to send out the same model seat but in a different colour which the did have in stock in their shop.

Apr 08,2014I had difficulty with the website as it had a problem but the minute I phoned up I got straight through to a human being (not an endless stream of menu options!) . The excellent assistant went into the website and together we managed to sort it and get the highchair ordered.. The highchair ( Oxo sprout ) arrived the following day ..via an amazing delivery service form a wonderful company who allowed you to track your order straight to your door allowing you the minimum time to have to wait in for a delivery. I could even have the highchair delivered to a neighbour no problem. The highchair is fabulous easy to put together so I am delighted with the store, service and product

Apr 07,2014Excellent pushchair and arrived within 2 days! My son is almost 3 years old and the pushchair is big enough even for him. The front weels are very flexible and make the journey easy.

Apr 07,2014We ordered a package deal + additional products, since we ordered from Sweden we couldn't do everything through the web page. It's been lots of mails with question and so on, always great and fast replies. No problems, only solutions and up-sale but with our need in focus. Great help with payment solution because of Swedish/English banking issues. Would truly recommend, and as we need more baby-gadgets we will absolutely order from Just Kidding. So far we haven’t received our products, but the parcel tracking services are great. Special thanks to Shikha at Just Kidding, great service!

Apr 07,2014I called the store to enquire about icandy peach blossom 3 and when it would be available. The sales assistant advised approximate date of availability for the pushchair. She then said that I was more then welcome to have the single stroller for now and that the store would contact me when the additional seat and adapters are ready for collection! This was excellent due to me only needing the single stroller for now. We went straight to the store who had the goods already for collection and showed us a demo on how to use the pushchair! Would definitely recommend the store to anyone!! Excellent customer service.

Mar 30,2014Ordered the Uppababy vista pram with maxi cosi car seat through the internet site, after a lot of research ,Just kidding had the best deal. Just Kidding service was brilliant! we received the items within 2 weeks. I called a couple of times to the shop to check delivery and the people were really friendly and answered my queries, would order from them again!

Mar 29,2014I had never used or even heard of Just Kidding before but as they were offering the best offer for my Quinny pushchair travel system I decided to try them. So glad I did as it was an excellent and smooth transaction, delivery only took 3 working days, they even called me the day before asking if the delivery day is ok for me and if not it can be changed. Then on the day of delivery I recieved a text message with delivery details and a 1 hour window slot for delivery which was perfect as I didnt need to wait in all day for it (perfect to say the delivery was Free!!). All the products were packaged perfectly and nothing was missing. Very Happy Customer!!!!

Mar 29,2014Item was ordered on the Sunday, arrived on the Tuesday despite the website suggesting 10 day delivery. Product was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Courier delivered it within the hour slot they said they would. Excellent service would highly recommend

Apr 12,2014I was so impressed with the cost of the highchair I bought as it was £10 cheaper on this website than anywhere else. I ordered it at 11am and the next day 8.00 am it was here!! So impressed I'll use this website again and again
