Feb 28,2014Prices are v competitive which convinced us to buy a pram from this website. The item was listed in stock, but we didn't hear anything for over a week. We had to chase them and waited for over 2 weeks for it to finally arrive. This would have not been an issue if they had kept us informed about the progress of our order and the delay. Communication can definitely be improved...

Feb 28,2014I placed an order and then read the reviews on here. Big mistake as I started to worry reading the bad reviews about communication and delivery. Wish I hadn't of worried as excellent service and excellent customer service. Definitely will be using again.

Feb 26,2014I chose to buy from just kidding purely based on price and free delivery following an internet search. I didn't get a shipping confirmation email as soon as I might have expected, but was then contacted directly by the MD who explained there had been a logistical delay due to the floods. She then kept me informed almost daily on progress, and my product arrived exactly when she said, just a few days later than originally expected. So despite the small delay the service more than made up for it. Very impressed.

Feb 21,2014What a delightful experience my husband and I had with Justkidding. Although there is a delay with Bugaboo Cameleons everwhere in the UK I received my order within 48 hours. They also sent me a lovely Free gift which was a baby on board badge which I wear everyday. They were extremely efficient - called me within 48 hours to let me know the package was on its way. I received a one hour timeslot - couldn't ask for more. I have now extended my list with them to supply all my baby essentials.

Feb 21,2014My order was unable to be processed due to limited stock. Compound this with an email asking me to rate my purchase (which didn't happen) and I will definitely not be ordering here again. Surely it cannot be difficult to ensure sufficient stock levels, Also, if an order has not been processed correctly then please do not send an email like this to the client!!!!

Feb 14,2014I was emailed my receipt straight away with the link to track my parcel - this was then updated every step of the way and followed up by dispatch emails and contact from the courier. I couldn't ask for more, especially as the price of the item was far cheaper than every other shop and website I had tried.

Feb 14,2014I found this Company whilst browsing the Internet, and saw that it had lots of great reviews. I ordered a Bugaboo Cameleon package, it was so much cheaper than on the high street....and could even be delivered in 2 weeks (compared to 6 from a high street store)!! It came a few days ago and i am over the moon with it. Customer service was excellent too....i still need a few more bits for baby so will definately be ordering from here again!

Feb 14,2014I brought my storksak changing bag from this wonderful shop, ordered it and then 2 days later it was here! The product is in excellent condition and was nicely wrapped and packed so it didn't get damaged.

Feb 13,2014Service is the cornerstone of Just Kidding. We didn't use the website but went in store and they went through everything patiently with us. On most things they were also able to price match but on some they can't which is fine. They did deliver the wrong frame for our Joolz but rectified very promptly and even had their delivery guy assemble it for us. No problem recommending.

Feb 10,2014A very satisfying experience all round - I called earlier in the week to establish they had the car seat (Kiddy) on show we were interested in and when we arrived it was promptly produced for a demonstration. There was no hard sell, the lady assisting us was knowledgable on the product's operation and was quite happy for our daughter to try it out. The price was also very competitive, £30 cheaper then many on-line retailers - an excellent experience and well worth travelling from Ruislip to Kingsbury to make the purchase - would definitely recommend Just Kidding to others>
