Feb 03,2014Phoned beforehand to check delivery time for car seat as I needed it urgently. Staff we very polite and helpful....advised me that delivery time depended on stock and took me through each colour of car seat, their stock availability and delivery time. I then ordered online and instantly got a conformation email along with tracking details. Checked the tracking and everything was listed from stock allocation to packaging. Car seat was delivered on the promised day..I received an email and text with a 1 hour delivery slot and options to deliver to neighbour or rearrange. Car seat arrived on time and lovely driver!! First time ordering from Just Kidding and I will definitely be back, great service and excellent prices

Jan 29,2014I recently purchased an oyster pram and maxi cosi car seat from another outlet who failed at every attempt to source the necessary car seat adapters for me so I could use the travel system. Within one short phone call to just kidding all my problems were resolved!! Staff were informed, knew their stock inside out, were warm friendly and reassuring that the parts were right and all would be ok with my travel system! They delivered on every level! Had stock no other supplier could find me, looked after me, delivered soooo swiftly and were so kind. Two weeks before my due date I can now bring my son home and push him round and can finally relax after the best customer care ever!

Jan 19,2014The item was sold out yet the payment was still taken. Just kidding then called to ask me how urgent my delivery was. I explained I needed as my wife was due at anytime. I was told I had to wait. Just kidding was sending the prams to who them deemed urgent. I would have preferred if Just kidding would have stated on their site that the pram was out of stock. When it became available to them allow people to purchase it. Otherwise standard service. Hey at the end of it... It's business I'm the small guy who cares...
