My experience is really great and I'm recommending it to anyone. Minus one start only because the item was listed as "on stock" but it wasn't. We had very good support from JustKidding and they done everything they can to deliver the item on time (in 4 days), including dispatch by next day delivery service. Finally we have it on time and we are overall very happy :) Many thanks to JustKidding staff!

Amazing service! From start to end I received best service. Was updated about my order at every stage and was given a call before delivery making sure someone was home to receive the parcel. Will be using them again.

Ordered, money deducted from account but no response from their side. After sending 2 emails with no reply, sent a 3rd threatening to open a dispute, that is when I got an immediate reply, a refund and a 'sorry but cannot deliver the item to you'. Crappy service!

I made the order on the site, paid for his purchase, but never received. in the shop I wrote about it, but nobody answered. I think it's a fraud. lost my money. Since the publication of revocation immediately returned the money (after 3 weeks!!) Thanks trustpilot!

Great product and good communication about delivery, however the product arrived in an exceedingly dented box and was delivered upside down... Luckily my product was undamaged, however anything more delicate would probably not have been so fortunate!

I bought an iCandy Travel System from them in Excel 2016. The iCandy Staff did a great demonstration for us but when they took us to the retailer - we were a little worried. However, we were wrong - The staff at Just kidding was so friendly and gave us good advice. Although they were very busy, there were enough people to juggle staff and we did not have to wait at all. From ordering to delivery they were excellent. Their driver helped put the pushchair together for us as we were local to them in London and taught us how to use the pushchair. We love our pushchair and cannot wait to use it. We will certainly come back to them for the next round of purchases.

Being a first time mother and having had a premature baby I was clueless as to what I would need as I had not really had the time to research due to the baby coming early. They helped me out ( knowledgable and friendly ) and allowed me to come to my own conclusion as to what was best for me without applying heavy sales techniques. I bought practically everything from here and kept me updated as to when my cot bed would arrive. The manufacturers were chased up as I needed it earlier, they also explained the different types of mattresses along with the suitable protector for it. The car seats system was explained clearly along with the safety aspects and was shown how to fit it correctly in my car. They are so good they were recommended to me by a friend and I have since returned as a customer to buy things for my brother and his wife who are expecting

We purchased our icandy travel system with Just Kidding at the excel baby show. The service was great, really friendly. We got the deal we wanted and the contact following the show was really quick. We received our order less than 2 weeks later! Very happy. Would definitely recommend this company.

Despite I received everything in perfect condition, they didn't meet the delivery timing which was within in 2 weeks. In fact they deliveried the pram in the 3rd week giving me a slot of time of 9 hours (from 9am to 6pm) without any option to be contacted before delivering which it was uncorfortable for my regular routine.

I bought a car seat for my toddler, the staff were so helpful making sure my chosen seat was suitable for my car, fitting the seat and making sure it was safe and secure. A great little shop!
