Oct 30,2015Easy to order online and received a call to setup shipment the next business day. Very accommodating on delivery dates and times. Only lost one star because item was listed as in stock online but was actually sold out and awaiting a new shipment later in the week. Otherwise great service!

Oct 23,2015Purchased a pram in the summer. Son took to Hong Kong for the birth of his Son last week. On using pram there was a problem with back wheel. Reported this and today two new wheels arrived, only two days after reporting problem. This has to be the best customer service I have ever had. Keep up the good work

The car seat we bought was fitted and explained and the pram we bought(icandy peach3) is great. Parking is available at the back so no real issue.
