Feb 18,2016I ordered the bugaboo rough terrain wheels and they are absolutely fantastic, i ordered on the Friday and they were here on the Wednesday so very quick delivery, I also phoned the store to check status of order and the team were really friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend to everyone

Feb 17,2016Just kidding beat every other service I received when looking for baby things. This included John Lewis because of the warm personal touch given by Shilpa and her team. Shilpa made me feel completely at ease, there was no pressure to buy and she even came to my home with the delivery to show me how to use the items. Have already recommended to many and will continue to do so!

Jan 29,2016Visited the store in Kingsbury ahead of the birth of our baby, specifically to see a model of pushchair we had read about online. We called ahead and checked that they had one on the shop floor to see and demo. We were greeted at the store by a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff who showed us the product and also how it works with some car seats. We explained it was still early days till baby's arrival and that we were looking around (this was the first pushchair we had seen). No pressure to buy. Once we were in the market to buy, this store obviously came to mind given the positive experience we had when we visited their shop. Fortunately they also had the best price around for the product we were after. I called up to check if they had stock in store for me to pick up immediately. Unfortunately they did not, but I could place an order online and they could have it delivered to my home from their warehouse in two working days. Perfect service, great product and arrived on time, Tuesday morning by 9:30am as planned!
