Jun 13,2020Just tried my new Vanquish and I'm very pleased. The fit is perfect, except a bit of a gap in the lower part of the sleeve. I am 5'8" and 150#, the women's large is long enough and yet tight enough to fit well. The felt the great in open water and could definitely feel the lift in the hips. The shoulders had very nice flexibility.

When they saw I’d ordered what they knew would be a poor fitting suit for my build, they put the order on hold, called me on a weekend and spent almost an hour educating and walking me through options. When they didn’t have the suit I wanted in my size they found someone else that did and told me to order from them, it was ok. We worked out a way for Justwetsuits to buy it for me so they could make their margin and it arrived a day later. Really amazing service, knowledge and commitment. Top rating.

May 31,2020I don't usually write reviews however I got such great service from Just Wetsuits I thought I should this time. With no pools to swim in re Covid my daughter had resorted to swimming in Lake WA to train and needed an updated wetsuit. I almost ordered the wrong size until I spoke with Just Wetsuits and the owner was terrific guiding me to the correct sizing and very knowledgable about what suit to buy. Delivery only took a couple of days and the suit fits and works perfectly. This is the only place you need to shop for a wetsuit!

May 26,2020The initial shipment of missing some items that we had paid for even though those items were shown on the packing list. But the company took our word for it that the items had not been included and sent another shipment containing those items. While we appreciated this, the second shipment was not expedited as much as we would have liked or expected. So, there was some unnecessary delay. Despite all of this, I would still use them again. If they had sent the second shipment overnight, I would have given them a higher number.

May 24,2020My wetsuit was last year’s model and was in an Amazon warehouse. I was contacted and kept informed on this and when the wetsuit was sent out. I really appreciated the updates. I’m looking forward to being able to use my wetsuit.

May 21,2020Customer Service was very helpful and quickly responded to my inquiries via FB Messenger chat. I started off thinking I wanted an Orca Alpha, but after guidance from staff about sizing and availability it turns out Zone3 had a wetsuit that would better fit my body type. Two swims so far in my new wetsuit and everything looks and feels great!

She spent an hour and half in the phone, including FaceTiming to support me in the best fit of the suit!! The best customer service ever!! Felt like we could be friends! I’m grateful to be back in the water❤️

My wetsuit shipped quickly and came in perfect condition with great instructions for how to best take care of the suit and how it should fit. May 10,2020Just Wetsuits has great customer service. I ordered during Coronavirus lock down and realized I needed to overnight it after I already put the order in. I left a message and they called back and took care of it right away. When we got the wetsuit, there was an issue with it, and I called and they let my son use it for his lake swim until the replacement came. I would certainly order from them again. I trust that they will stand by their product and be responsive if any issues arise.
