Sep 14,2018Kristen went above and beyond helping me determine my size for my wetsuit. They even stayed late to make sure they could ship it out on time for me to get before my race. When I had to change sizes, she overnighted it to me just in time. Their prices are great and they are so helpful. I highly recommend them.

She wanted to make sure that I really wanted expedited shipping, which I accidentally got but didn't mean to. She promptly refunded the extra shipping and I still got the wetsuit in 3 days! Fantastic experience, very personal and would order product from Just Wetsuits again. Very happy with my new Orca Open Water wetsuit. Glad to support a small business- very happy customer! Thank you!

I decided to order a similar item and it came 2 days later. I did not have to wait on hold to speak with someone either. They answered my call immediately and gave me options that really worked!
