Jul 22,2018Had a little issue with my wetsuit when it arrived , it wasn't the one I had ordered, I contacted customer service and didn't hesitate in fixing it the mistake. They made sure with y'all doubt I was taken care of, I would definitely recommend them to anyone for the customer service alone.

Jul 12,2018Great customer service!! The owners were extremely knowledgeable & more than helpful explaining to me all of my options given my inputs for an appropriate, but not too expensive, Wetsuit. Kristen went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable picking out the right wetsuit, which I was very happy with when it arrived and I tried it on, for my upcoming Triathlon. For anyone who doesn't know or anyone who is beginner triathlete, the first thing about wetsuits what truly appreciates excellent customer service, there's no question on who to go to for guidance on selecting a wetsuit. Just Wetsuits. :)

Jul 01,2018Speedy service, and found just the wetsuit I needed after comparing numerous products, which was easy to do on the website. Plus, I realized that the wetsuit had been inspected before shipping, which was a comfort to know that someone took the time to make sure the product was perfect before it went out the door.

Kristen spent over 15 minutes on the phone with me helping me to find a wetsuit that would meet my sizing specifications, then sent a personalized note in the second batch of wetsuits I ordered. I finally found one that works! Thank you Kristen and Just Wetsuits.

There was a slight problem with my wetsuit, but Kristen immediately responded and offered numerous solutions to rectify the situation. It was a truly easy experience and, if wetsuits were something I purchase frequently, I would definitely purchase through JustWetsuits again. I have already recommended to my girlfriend to rent a wetsuit through here, and it was a much better experience than the other rental competitor. I highly recommend using this company for any wetsuit purchase and/or rental.

They'll work with you to figure out the correct size and type of wet suit. Their service and shipping is fast. If you have to return a wetsuit because it's the wrong size, their refund policy is completely fair. I recommend Just Wetsuits 100%.

Jul 26,2018The wetsuit I wanted was not in stock. The owner was aware of my time constraints and because of her knowledge and experience ended up sending a wetsuit that was even better for me that the one I wanted, and fit me well for my unique body shape. Without her personal assistance I would have surely purchased the wrong size suit. I'm glad I had an experienced person lead me through the process that also cared about my timeline. All communication was quick and responsive, including a return call during her family sporting event. The entire interaction was more than professional and quite impressive.
