Sep 29,2017I am 6' 170 lbs female triathlete. I called and described my body type and ordered a suit based on their recommendations: blueseventy sleeveless women's xl athena. Tried on the suit and just knew it wasn't right. I called and they confirmed that. We talked through what was wrong and they recommended I go with a blueseventy sleeveless men's medium. They sent me a shipping label via email so I could return the suit free of charge. And they mailed me the new suit, no shipping charge or additional service fee. And I'm a very happy camper :-) Customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND. I called before their opening hours and they called me back! I didn't even leave a voicemail! I recommend them to every OW swimmer I know.

Sep 28,2017Love my new 2XU sleeveless wetsuit. Its my 1st wetsuit and have found that it has exceeded my expectations. Its very bouyant, flexible and so far its been extremely durable. My order was fast and easy and the sizing chart was extremely accurate.

Sep 28,2017Quick response to all queries (and there were a lot). Shipping super fast. Returns a breeze and refunds prompt. It is tricky buying a tri wetsuit on line and getting the fit correct. Live in small town where not many triathlon suits are sold. Kristen was fabulous. Would not hesitate to recommend this site (and no, I was not paid, nor did I receive any special discount). Will be a repeat customer!

Sep 27,2017I had a very positive experience with Jest Wetsuits! This was my first wetsuit purchase, and I was able to call and discuss sizing and other options with a representative from the company. Additionally, the suit that I bought ripped at the seam only a short couple of months after I purchased it. I reached out with pictures and they were able to send me a suit under warranty with no issues whatsoever! Very nice people very good experience. Keep up the good work!

Sep 27,2017What an amazing experience from beginning to end. I called the company and spoke to the owner. Did not expect that. She was so nice and very knowledgeable. I told her what my experience level was and the type of race I was getting myself into and she had an answer for me right away, after telling her my body measurements. I gave her a budget and she stuck to it. I purchased the wet suit without hesitation. I have used it for 2 Years and still looks and feels great. Maintenance is the key. 2 Years later, my wife tells me that she wants to compete in a swim race in Japan, and I already knew where to look for the wet suit. I called again and I got the owner again. I was so happy because I knew I was in good hands. She made recommendations and we made the purchase. BTW, wife placed! My experience with this company was and is second to none. I would recommend this company to anyone without a doubt. Excellent service, merchandise, customer care, and price! A+++ in my books!

Sep 27,2017Company was great...no issues w/JW. The suit is well built, but way too short for me. I have long legs......have been using an Xterra, but the entry level suits don't last. I swim in the ocean a lot(3X per wk). I'd ordered a higher level suit from them & found it was back ordered. It was still not available when it was promised so I went w/the Orca. It's asmaller suit all the way around. The search continues......

Sep 27,2017They were very fast and the purchase arrived with a hand signed "thank you for your purchase" and a free truckers cap that is pretty cool. I wear it more often than my IM race caps now. I'm pretty sure I went with them because they had best price on the suit I wanted.
