Everything would have been perfect, except their website has a glitch with one of their radio buttons during checkout if your billing and mailing addresses are not the same. I had to phone in and the customer service rep had to walk me through the secret procedure of reselecting a certain option in a certain order and then everything processed fine. The person on the phone was excellent but businesses with online presence must prioritize being able to take payment, and this has obviously been an issue for enough time for them to learn the workaround. Otherwise, everything was really lovely, phone person was friendly and knowledgeable (give her a raise and fire the web designer haha), and I got my order quickly and safely.

I found this company by accident and was a bit leary as I'm a creature of habit like most of us. But I was looking for a specific food for my GSD pup that was not being offered by my usual online company and being rural, would be an hour drive to the closest store that offered it. After checking reviews, I figured I'd give it a try. I'm very glad I did. Even with the covid crap, shipping was still very fast and my only complaint was actually with the shipping company, who sat on my package for many days, turning a potential quick ship into one that made me very angry. I even emailed the company to find out what was going on as their records stated I should have already received it. Margaret was sooo helpful and then I further tracked it and found out the true story. Same thing happened on my second order, but at least they didnt sit on my package for over a week and my last one, I had it within 5 days of ordering. So yes, very impressed. Packaging was banged up, which dented up the cans in it, but again, that was the shipping. ANY inquiry I've made to the company has been answered within hours of my email. THIS is what customer service is and I wish more companies would understand this. So I highly recommend this company for your fur babies and suggest it often to people I know.

would be a 5 star if you were able to accurately provide inventory of "in stock" product when ordering(not find out a day later that it is out of stock and would be sent when back in stock).

NutriLife gold was recommended by our puppy’s breeder. He seems to love it and it must be low in sodium because he does not drink a massive amount of water. Very quick delivery.

I could not be more pleased with K9 Cuisine. They were the only online store with sufficient stock of a certain single protein cat food, which is the only food my cat can tolerate. The item was priced competitively and delivered within three days. Thank you, K9!

I found K9Cusine after googling around for a while and am so glad I did. They have a great variety to suite both of my dogs needed. My Doberman in particular has benefitted from switching to PureVita Kangaroo and being able to conveniently receive his favorite food here at home has been marvelous. His coat is looking amazing.
