May 29,2020The staff was very helpful because I ordered the wrong dog food. However, I was surprised they wanted me to pay for shipping twice. By the time I would have paid all the shipping, I would have nearly paid for the bag of food. So I donated it to the local ASPCA.

May 28,2020I truly enjoyed sharing with Margaret about what kind of food to get my senior, overweight dog. I found her so personable, really delightful as she shared stories about her feeding rituals with her own dogs. I felt like I was in the kitchen with the family member of a tried and trusteed company. The food arrived today. Tomorrow I will start introducing it to him. I"m sure my dog will thrive on it, plus the low-fat treats that I ordered as well. This has been an excellent experience so far and i'm very grateful.
