Call and spoke to Margret and she apologized for the error and immediately entered another order for us and we received it on Tuesday. Thank you for your gracious handling of our order. we will continue to use K-9 Cuisine.

On top of that, the 27lb. bags of Zignature Kangaroo has been scarce. I was elated to find that your website carried the bags and were willing to ship it to us. May 14,2020I was satisfied with the service. The website was easy and when I called, the customer service rep was very nice. The dog food I buy is difficult to find since I moved from Illinois. There are just a handful of places to get it. Your website is one of them. I just wish shipping wasn't so expensive as I am a senior and live on a limited budget. I understand that isn't up to you but the shipping company.
