The prices were actually a little less expensive than our local pet store and it was much more convenient than trying to call the store, explain all of the items that I wanted, then schedule a curb side pick up. I will definitely order again.

When my auto ship order from a large online pet supply company was delayed for 10 days and my dogs would’ve runout of food, I placed an order with K9 and called to find out exactly when it would ship. I spoke with Margaret who told me it should ship next day, she also called the following day to let me know the status and exactly when it would be delivered. I will be switching my auto ship over to them. They really do care about pets!! Thank you Margaret!!

May 09,2020I typically have this shipped monthly from Chewy but a week after my scheduled delivery date they sent an email to say the food was out of stock. I ordered this Friday evening and even after an issue in the warehouse on Monday the food was at my door Wednesday morning! I also called to get an idea of the delivery date and the women I spoke to was friendly and informative and promised to call me back if there was any issue.....Thank you!!

Our little Yorkie has been eating this 'FROMM' family dog food for small dogs for almost a year, before that, he was on the 'FROMM' family for puppies. Since everyone is to stay home and limit outings, I was delighted to find that you carried them online for delivery. It is great to know we can depend on your company now.
