Feb 19,2025There was an issue with tracking and payment on a game I played well within the allotted time. I sent this to support and they asked for a few things like a screenshot of the level achieved. I sent the information and was credited my missing credits. All of this was simple and only took about two days to resolve. I'm very happy with how quickly they responded and fixed the problem.

Feb 19,2025I've had a bit of issue with the survey side of KashKick in particular (surveys disqualifying after already answering a dozen questions, broken links, and what I assume is other people claiming the survey faster than me), but when I ran into an issue with the game half of KashKick, support was quick to respond and solve my issue (crediting me for a task that wasn't tracking). I wish they were a bit stricter on how long those games could keep rewards pending (on particularly bad one is taking a full month, just for a couple of dollars), but otherwise most of my problems with KashKick are on the games or survey-givers rather than KashKick themselves.

Feb 18,2025What I like about Kashkick is the varieties of the games are a lot of what I like and know how to play. What I don't like about Kash Kick is how long it takes them to update your winnings and or release your money. I've provided id, proof my drivers license all Demographics and I just read on their app, if you verified your account, you will get your money faster. So I've earned and it's telling me that my funds won't be released till 3/3 which don't make sense to me. and it also thanked me and told me I was fully verified.

Feb 18,2025I had an issue with the tracker crediting my account. Customer service responded right away and provided credit after I provided proof of my screen time. However, I was told that they could not issue additional credit for tracking errors after that initial credit so I missed some money owed to me because the tracker continued to not give me credit. Disappointed that I wasn’t able to receive all money owed to me.

Feb 18,2025I had some had issues retrieving a gift card that I had earned. Viktor S. was very prompt in getting back with me to answer the questions I had. I can’t tell you how many times I receive a generic email saying a company has received my request and I should be hearing from them soon- Only to NOT hear from them. Even though the issue I had ended up having was not something Viktor S. could fix, he was helpful with the information he gave me and directed me who I could reach out to, to rectify the issue.

Feb 19,2025The pay outs are large, and customer service is great when there is crediting issues. I was playing a game that had multiple pay out points, I knew the first one or two credited fine but it was several levels and $150 worth of money that the game tracking didn't show me as hitting. Multiple representatives stayed in communication with me gathering the information needed in a timely fashion to get me credit for all $150.
