Feb 16,2025When I started playing kashkick games I did not have any tracking issues nor did I have any issues cashing out. I will say I appreciate the fact that this is not a scam app and you do actually pay. But one thing I have noticed is the app does not properly track your progress on larger amounts of money. I have to keep reaching out to customer service via email which is frustrating. But overall they do resolve the issues some of the time in a timely manner. It’s frustrating but I still recommend it for extra cash and fun game play.

Feb 15,2025Customer service is helpful and responsive. I appreciate the support. The app doesn’t seem to track too quickly but problems have been fixed alright so far. I suppose initial onboarding for how games work and are rewarded would be helpful. It’s confusing when you’re just starting to know if you’re doing it right.

Feb 13,2025So, I decided to give this company a try. After years of using GPT sites and understanding the intricacies of how they work this was a site I had never used before. I chose two offers... a Higer paying one "Dice Dreams" @ $526 and a mid level one "Monopoly Go" @ $221. In "Dice Dreams" I qualified for payouts reaching $280 and waited patiently for the payout period to end, which was over 30 days. In "Monopoly Go" I qualified for payouts reaching $60 and waited patiently for the payout period to end, which again was over 30 days. A couple of days before this ridiculous waiting period was to be completed, I went through the verification process and attempted to make a small withdrawal, $10, to my PayPal account. This payment is still pending and not received. Then, yesterday, tada! My account is suspended and under review. What a surprise! I completed a questionaire of random, vague and irrelevant questions and within an hour I received an email to reactivate my account. The link in the email DOES NOT WORK! Anyone seeing a pattern here? I replied to the email requesting a link that does work and a second email to support@?????.com and NOTHING! Anyone who knows anything about how GPT works will understand how much will have been invested to achieve these rewards and this site leaves you helpless. Apparently there is a telephone number to call... looking forward to that chat :) UPDATE Phone number is a front. Typical of a Delaware company. Emails keep getting bounced for support@kash..... so, so much for please contact to resolve.

Feb 12,2025I use the app your games & so far my experience has been pleasant. 2 reasons I didn't give 5 stars is because recently the challenges have gotten extremely harder. Games that once required reaching a level of maybe 300-800 for the biggest payout are now around 2,500-3,000, which is significantly harder. Also, the app had a tracking issue towards the end of my challenges and showed that I missed the cut off day/ time so it did not Reward me. I contacted customer service and they were actually very quick to respond and they did correctly issue me my reward BUT stated that the issue is not fixed and to be aware that the tracking issue may happen again and they will NOT be able to correct it for me again so to basically play at my own risk. Of course the last challenge is always the largest payout so I have no choice but to keep going and pray that it tracks it.
