Jan 29,2025I sent screenshot pictures showing that I had completed a Level targeted for a reward with time to spare. I’d sent the pictures because I had an issue before with the game, not crediting me for the completion of one of the rewards and I sent it the day before the deadline just so I wouldn’t have an issue and for several days after the deadline, I had the customer representatives telling me that I missed it, and that the game accurately shows which is proven in the past to not be accurate and had to go back-and-forth for several days with the customer representatives several different representatives being told that I would not get the credited reward even though again I sent the screenshot showing that I had completed it the day before the deadline and it took several days speaking with many different representatives to finally be credited the reward then to be told that if it happened again in the future, even if I met the deadline that I would not be credited again to basically say that it didn’t matter if I completed the levels in time that if the game doesn’t say to them that I completed it which they say wait 24 hours for it to update which has taken longer on many occasions that it doesn’t matter if I show proof that I’m just sol. So basically if I want to try to earn the rewards that I actually have to complete the task several days in advance from what it tells me I have because the game doesn’t accurately report back when completed. Im told it supposed to be every 24 hours but what I’ve seen is it can take days to show up on KashKick after you actually completed it on the actual game. Which is exactly why I sent the screenshot showing I had completed it with still almost 19 hours to spare but I’m being told now that in the future it doesn’t matter if I actually have time to spare and it doesn’t matter if I show proof and notify KashKick in advance with the proof if the game decides to not update to them in time that again I’m just sol in the future which to me just makes me not care to even try to keep doing this app and is worthless if it doesn’t work correctly and customer service doesn’t want to help if and when something goes wrong even if you give them a heads up knowing it’s been a issue before… not to mention the many customer service people that tried telling me over and over that me reporting it before didn’t mean anything and that the game accurately reports back to them everything right away smh this is ridiculous and very bad business I like the concept and everything but this app doesn’t do what it’s supposed to there’s still bugs and the people doing customer service don’t care about the people trying to do the app and are under educated in the field they are working in
