Feb 02,2025The app gave me a rewards list with 9 achievements to earn rewards, each progressively larger than the last. In the game I played, the achievements were all gaining set levels in the game (i.e. obtain level 4, level 8, level 12, etc.), with level 20 being the final reward. It took 22 days, but I accomplished everything on the list, however, the app failed to notice 3 of the 9 achievements in the game, along the way. And the first time it did, I contacted customer support, supplied them with proof of the achievement that the app skipped, and they fixed the missing reward, no problem. And the second time that it happened, the same thing occurred. No fuss, no muss, easy enough. But the last time that the app missed an achievement, it was the big one at the end of the list, but I was told by customer support that there was nothing that they could do about it, because if the app fails to track progress, they can manually input the missing reward, but that they can only do it ONCE. Which is something that simply is not true, because the first two smaller missed rewards were added to my account upon showing proof of the missed achievement in the game, and neither one of those first two reps mentioned annnnyyytthhiinnng AT ALL about only being able to fix it once (not to mention they had already fixed it twice before). Now I've only tried a handful of these apps so far, but Kashkick is definitely on the bottom of my list now. Uninstalled. [Answer to KashKick's response to this posting: Where do think that I was told this? It was through a series of emails to Support each time that the app malfunctioned. And believe me when I say that while most of the time that you email support you will get a friendly, caring individual on the other end, I have personally come to learn that that is not ALWAYS going to be the case. So I see no reason to go knocking on that door again for nothing. HOWEVER, if you'd like the name of the person at support who just dismissed me with what appears to be a lie, and hasn't responded to my request for an explanation of why they suddenly can't do anything about it anymore when no one else I've dealt with up until now said anything of the sort, the name on the email was Jill G.]

Feb 02,2025Received a credit from a helpful admin after multiple screen shots and screen recording of progress sent to support, but tracking is wonky and doesn’t always work even with reduced privacy settings and tracking enabled. One time I was told to reach out to the game and the game support told me no, reach out to KashKick. They act like it is something the player is doing when it’s the app/game. It also takes a long time for $ to release to your account so you can cash out. Plan on it taking weeks to get rewarded once you move beyond a few cents.
