Jul 14,2024Had my juke repaired there, the repair that was done was good , the repair that wasn’t completed was bad. So the guy, and there seemed only one guy that was in charge of my repair was a person I would describe as one that doesn’t like finishing a job properly. Everything was done except 2 chrome bumper modifications that were obviously to much hassle to source or even take off the old bumper to add to new bumper. On top of that he was lying about things that were wrong in my engine compartment ( like a lot of components were being held together with cable ties in my engine compartment). This was total fabrication confirmed by my mechanic who had done previous work in the exact same area. Also threatened that he would be recommending to my insurance that the car should be written off ! This guy just couldn’t be bothered to complete the whole job as needed so wanted to get rid asap. I cannot speak for the whole workforce but the guy responsible for my car, should in my opinion be sacked for lying, unprofessional and attitude to a customer. Update - Since this review the manager of KC Motors contacted myself and apologised unreservedly for the service received and agreed that this wasn’t acceptable or the way the business would or should be conducted, offered and accepted recompense and assurance that this isn’t the way that they would work or treat customers and endeavour to give the best service to all customers . So I now see this problem resolved in a satisfactory manner and thanked the manager for contacting myself.

Jul 12,2024My insurance company sent me here to repair my car after a collision. A great experience from picking up my car through to returning it. The repair to a deep and awkward gouge in wheel arch was excellent. The paint on the car is an expensive specialist product, which I was aware of and they have done a first class job in matching it. They kept me informed all the way through and all the people who I had contact with were friendly and professional. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Jul 10,2024KC autos at Stoke have been amazing, after an accident they did a great repair in quick time, a few days after I go it back the front light starting to condensate, it's a closed unit and unbeknown to any of us it had a hair line crack, I called KC autos and they booked it back in and collected and repaired it all within 24 hours, an amazing service. Simon and all the team were great!
