May 23,2024My initial experience with KC Autos fell below the standard that KC Auto set themselves, with both work quality and customer service but when I returned to them to have rectification works they actually went into overdrive with their customer service and when I received my vehicle back from them they had not only repaired the original issue correctly they went over and beyond and made good all issues on the external body of the car and the wheels. Very impressed with the external of the vehicle, was an extremely difficult paint job to do as its a matte finish. Definitely impressed with the customer service in particular with Tony Bracken who went out of his way to keep me updated and pulled out all the stops to make sure my vehicle came back correct, and it came back MINT. We are still discussing some points relating to the internal of the car and I'm sure based on this recent experience that they will get resolved to the same standard. Overall as I said quality finish quality customer service and enjoyed dealing with them.
