Jun 10,2024I would like to thank all staff at KC Autos (initial contact with Cheshire branch and then work carried out at Knowsley), who repaired our car after a recent accident. From the first point of contact, right through until the work was completed, the customer service was excellent. I was re-assurred and kept updated at all points in the process, such as on arranging when I should drop off the car for repair (ensuring this tied in with hire car collection) and calls just before and after receiving the car. The car was repaired really quickly, all staff were really polite (especially Dean who I had the most contact with) and I would definately recommend KC Autos to others. The car was like new and even had a full valet. We had to have a slight adjustment in the boot alignment, but again this was made easy by those involved (adjusted next day).
