Feb 21,2024Car went in for repair, but not of my choice to here. Insurers said.. Wasn’t fully fixed because I paid my local garage to fix the light and clicking, and complained to insurance about it. Also, two items out of a brand new unopened box in my boot were missing when car returned. The third item in the box remained there. Clearly, it had been taken but the response I got from the garage was that ‘items are left at the owner’s risk’. Car was immaculately cleaned inside (both bottles that were missing were ironically expensive interior cleaner and dashboard cleaner). Never again. Raised a complaint through my insurance company. Response is not true. Image shows the unopened box. This was opened and items taken. No doubt at all. And your response is poor, again not to leave things in car IN CASE THEY ARE TAKEN. they were! As for light THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED. It wasn’t even though you said it was. Poor service and constantly trying to pass the buck

Feb 20,2024Car went in for repair via insurers and was returned in near to showroom condition, massively impressed with the work carried out and the added bonus of a full clean inside and out! Even more impressive was the comms and spot on delivery of the car on their original expected date - cannot fault them! I hope I don’t have a need to use the again, but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them if required.
