From the initial estimate, Russ kept me updated all the way through the repairs, put my mind at ease and I had full confidence that the repairs would be completed to a high standard. Abbey and Sophie handled everything to do with my claim perfectly and sorted out the replacement car. The end result was fantastic, the car is new again.
