Feb 09,2024My car went into repair after a crash with minor damage to the door, when my car returned paint was chipping off the roof. Between KC autos and the insurance company they have argued that I am not liable for further repair. If I knew this would happen I wouldn’t have had my car fixed in the first instance, as this damage is a lot worse than the initial damage. Staff are rude and obnoxious, unwilling to hear any complaints. Coming across as patronising to a young female, asking ‘what do you know about paint work?’, even with my photo evidence of my car when it went into the garage and when it returned. Pay cheap…get cheap! KC autos is in contract with Esure (who are just as bad), hence why Sheila’s wheels will send cars there. Avoid at all costs. Very upset with the service and damage to my car.
