Which I was surprised as other solicitors such as Harrison in welshpool charge by the minute I would definitely recommend SEMERA And I will use in the future if needed

The company were competitive on costs and Charlotte was timely and exceptionally effective throughout the whole process. Semena listened and took the time to familiarise herself with the situation in hand. She gave extremely helpful advice and was very supportive. Hasham Sarwar attended the hearing having familiarised himself thoroughly and was very professional. An order was obtained for the full amount outstanding (£5,600) and costs.

I am very pleased with the outcome, the matter was settled out of court in my favour. Semera showed a thorough knowledge of the law and considerable tenacity to deal with a very difficult and very unpredictable defendant. Oct 22,2023EXCELLENT REVIEW FOR SEMERA BIBI LEGAL SKILLS: I utilised the services of Semera Bibi again as she assisted in a landlord housing matter prior for me and I have always been happy with her conduct and work ethics and the result she delivers; my new matter was pertaining to Harassment and case of Blackmail from a previous tenant that had vacated the Property. Semera acted on my instructions and wrote a letter to the tenant explaining how her conduct amounted to harassment and fell within the Theft Act (blackmail). I am pleased with the services I received again because when required assistance was provided by Semera without hesitation, she meet me in the office swiftly for a consultation and I discussed the matter with her at great lengths, I showed her evidence of such conduct and she advised me of the next steps required immediately. She had knowledge of this area of law and knew what to do and was extremely helpful. I am hugely impresssed in your experience and professionalism which meant you advised the best way to proceed, advised on likely time scales; all which all turned out to be right. The final result is such good news and much quicker than I had expected which I think was specifically down to your skill and experience continually monitoring the case.
