Took 11 days from order date till I was notified my order was shipped. Tracking is not working. But, I feel better than I have in years! Thanks

Apr 15,2022As of today, the company, which charged my VISA account on 3/28, 1.) has charged my VISA card for over $250. 2.) has not provided me with a shipping # 3.) has not provided me with a shipping date and 4.) has not provided me with the items I ordered. Yesterday, I emailed the company and said either tell me when this product will ship or cancel my order and refund my money. I was told they cannot cancel the order because it has already "processed". I don't know what "processed" means for this company. This feels like a scam to me. Excellent product, but you'll get it when they feel like it, so don't expect to be able to rely on availability for any health needs. In the Keoni responses to poor reviews, they often say call customer service. I recommend that you save yourself the time and aggravation, because you won't get satisfaction and resolution, you'll get the verbal equivalent of the garbled responses you see here. I'm not ever calling them again, I want documentation of everything.

Apr 11,2022Seemed to take forever to arrive (actually a timely delivery), but it sure was worth the wait. My chronic pain & cervical & lumbar stenosis were immediately relieved by the 750mg pain spray which smells delicious. The 25mg gummies are wonderful. They relieved symptoms i didn't realize I had & the brain fog seems to be lifting. My PCP is impressed!

Apr 08,2022Review title says it all. For a product shipping domestically, the wait time to process, label, etc., is too long. It is hard to support a product when this is the case: when a quick delivery is available elsewhere. The price of the product is at the upper end of the range, and much better processing, labeling, āwaiting for pick upā, etc. could be improved upon.

Apr 07,2022A very good friend suggested that I try your product for nerve pain. It took too long to arrive. I had to write to check on the status so that was disappointing. My friend also had a glitch with his shipping and had several products sent to him that he didn't order. If your shipping was improved, it would make a big difference. The quality of the product was so-so. The gummies were very hard so I had to suck on them rather then "chew" on them. I am not sure they made a difference at all so I'll opt out for now on ordering more. The container was clean, nicely wrapped, sanitary so I felt good on that angle but for the price not of value to me. Perhaps in the future I'll try again. Thank you.
