Apr 05,2022EDIT TO ADD: 04/08/22- refund is pending, let’s see if it finalizes. I will still never recommend this company. 04/06/22- business has claimed to email, they have NOT. THEY KEEP OFFERING 15% or 35% refund. I WANT MY 100% of MY MONEY RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT 100% a scam. Placed an order 3/11/22, days later received an email stating the order has shipped on 3/14/22. Lie #1 - after 3 emails and a phone call bringing us to 4/5/22, the CSR claims my order has shipped, yet when I use the (seemingly fake) tracking # with ridiculous amount of digits, it gives me an error message. I asked for a refund 3x and the CSR rep finally claimed my order will arrive “on Friday”. I have now contacted my bank and filed a dispute. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I WILL STICK TO MY REPUTABLE BRAND FOR CBD!

Mar 30,2022The odor at first was quite strong but after a while I grew used to it. I love this gel, especially when I repeat dosages. It really works. Important to keep the cover tightly closed, gel can dry out and then it is useless

Now I get an email saying I should be expecting my order March 22nd after request my money just be refunded. That is crazy almost a month. I will never be ordering from here again.

Mar 09,2022It has been over 10 days, and still no product has been delivered. I received email 12 days later verifying my order was lost. A few days later I received email stating they reshipped my order. The tracking info is no good, all it says it is enroute to courier, and date says January 1, 1970. No this is not a typo. I have been charged for my shipment. If I could I would give zero stars. Never again. I will update if or when I get my order.

Mar 07,2022no tracking email,,,,,, when i called ,, a foreigner told me i was emailed,,, and proceeded to hang up on me...2nd call another foreigner told me she would be delt with...lol........annnnd still no emil......oh well ,,, hope the product is better than the service, at this point i question the ligetamacy of this company
