My order was forgotten! After charging an exorbitant amount of $374.00 for 1 new gate remote, my order was forgotten! After 5 weeks still no sign for my new renters, I had to follow up with the owners corporation to find out where it was.

The timelines published for receiving your keys are completely untrue . Service was very slow and keys took weeks and weeks .

No acknowledgment of order, but money was taken out two days later. 3 weeks later no key or fob received. Called and was told delay in getting the key cut. A week later and still no response. Had to seek assistance of Owners Corp mgr in following up. Goods finally received. Todate no receipt or follow up from Keyzee

Nov 12,2024Communication was terrible - every link on the email to get information was a dead end. I never received shipping/dispatch information. I called the hotline, was left on hold for twenty minutes, then I left my name and number and never heard back. This all happened while the money for the key had already been taken out of my account which made me very nervous I was scammed.
