Sep 03,2024I ordered a key online for my apartment door and got sent the keys to someone else's apartment. I had to call another locksmith to change my locks as i do not trust this company anymore, if i can get my neighbors keys so easily what's stopping them? I also called the locksmith as an undercover customer and asked for their key prices for the restricted key, they charge $33.50 with shipping, Keyzee charges well over $100!!

Sep 02,2024I urgently needed a new remote for the gate at our building. This has been outsourced to Keyzee. I explained I couldn’t get in or out with my faulty device, Mason did everything he could to ensure that I could pick a new one within a couple of hours. Excellent service and I am very grateful.
