Dec 08,2024I did not receive the item I even informed the associate I spoke with that it was clearly the wrong door and he told me once it shows delivered it’s out of their hands to help And I continue to tell them it was delivered to the WRONG door and they just tell me it was delivered. Sure it was delivered somewhere but NOT to me. Terrible customer service and I will never make a purchase from this company again as there’s no effort to fix or be helpful at all.

Dec 07,2024Customer service answered the phone and answered questions. Items came in as advertised practically brand new with slight damage to the outer box. I was nervous about it but very happy with my purchase of two car seats and will shop again. saved almost 400 dollars total
