Nov 15,2024I found Kidsy while searching for a cheaper bike seat for my 1-year-old and was excited to find one at a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately, the seat that arrived was the wrong model. Thule sells two nearly identical seats with just a difference in mounting, so it was an easy mistake to make. When I reached out to customer service, I was disappointed by their rigid response and unwillingness to help, citing a strict return policy. As an open-box/resale company, I expected more flexibility, especially for an unused item that could easily be resold. Now, I’m stuck with an unusable seat and no option but to buy the $200 model. This experience speaks volumes, and sadly, it’ll be my first and last purchase from Kidsy.

Nov 12,2024Once you are on the order page, it will say in small print (that most of us never read), that all items are open box. I placed my order and received it in a box that was put together with scotch tape and cardboard!! How could you give that as a gift? They would not do an exchange or get a refund.
