Dec 28,2024Kidsy is probably the best kept secret on the Internet but as most new businesses who are SO delightful it won't stay that way for very long! I am so happy I found them because I have always found what I needed and if it's not the exact model or the exact brand, I seem to find something very similar that I need at a great price. The website is also easy to use and the customer service team is top-notch!!!

Dec 28,2024I lucked upon your company looking for a car seat for my grand child and thank goodness I did! I was able to get what I wanted for a whole lot less than anywhere else. Seat is received and installed in my car and has happily been used once for my 8 mo old granddaughter. All checked out! If there was anything I was slightly disappointed in it was the manufactured date on the seat was last December 23, so I lost a years worth of use. Small price to pay I guess for lowered costs.

Saved so much money buying toys for my 1s, 2s and 3s classrooms and best of all I loved reading about their business model to save everything from landfill. I knew so many of my registry items weren't going to be bought so I started buying a lot of them myself and was desperate to save some money after we blew through our bank account on IVF. Found everything I needed on Kidsy at a great price and items were delivered in about a week. Some of the boxes were a little worn or torn but I didn't care because all the products inside were brand new and I saved so much money! I'll be back for sure!

They answered all my questions and also gave me a few products to choose from. My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I will definitely shop here again!

Dec 27,2024I bought 2 items from kidsy. A bassinet & a bouncer both labeled as brand new perfect condition however when I started putting both items together this was not the case. Both had issues with them. The foot of the bouncer would not tighten on one side & 3 legs on the bassinet would not click into place. These are serious hazards in my opinion which should not be overlooked. I feel very disheartened ordering items that are displayed as brand new only to waste time putting them together to find out the description is not the truth. Whenever I contacted customer service I got a response saying contact the manufacturer for instructions on how to assemble. The issue was not assembling the items they were follwed & assembled no problem as I explained many times however, they kept ignoring this & repeatedly telling me to youtube it. So basically this is not our problem go waste more time trying to find a solution. I won't be using kidsy again i gave them 2 chances which both disappointed greatly!

Dec 28,2024As someone who shops for his kids online all the time, I can confidently say Kidsy stands out. The first time I shopped on Kidsy, the prices were too good to be true I wondered if I was being scammed, but after reading their online reviews (that's why I'm now writing one), and reading some news articles about them, I felt confident in my purchase. Everything arrived exactly as described (I bought a gently used stroller and a floor model car seat that still had 6 years of life in it); ordered on a Sunday and it was sitting outside my doorstep on Friday. My second purchase was a pack and play and a ride-on-car (bought both as new with slightly damaged boxes) and again they arrived within a week, exactly as described. I've probably saved about $300 shopping on Kidsy. Don't hesitate - this company is a gem in a sea of noise!
