Sep 16,2024The box was in terrible condition. I can send you photos if you desire since I still have everything at home because I couldn’t give it as a gift to my granddaughter looking like that. If I wasn’t afraid of loosing both, money and toy, I would have sent it back.

Sep 15,2024I did not get everything in the box. I knew the box was damaged but I asked on the chat if everything was in the box they said yes I'm missing bag 2 which was the big steam engine 🚂 I still would love to have it .

Sep 15,2024Just because the price is a little lower than others, that doesn't mean you could send me the item with re-taping of a badly damaged original package. What if this is a gift for someone, at least you could disclose the broken package condition first. Fortunately, the item inside is still good, thus 3-star is the highest.

Sep 13,2024My shipment never got to me because of the way the product was shipped. Then they reshipped the item again the same way and I still haven’t received the item! I couldn’t speak anyone about my concern for my item I paid for, nor would anyone give me a call to respond to what is an on going email back and forth. I don’t like to email every time, I would have hope someone there would had the decency to give me a call to let me know what was going on

Sep 12,2024Rating is for Happiest baby snoo. Kidsy isn’t the problem. But as a provider of a product, they are receiving a rating so that you are aware of the manufacturer when you purchase the item. Item does not work as it is supposed to. A paywall was added after I purchased the item and now I do not get any of the features i originally bought and paid for. I have filed complaints with the BBB and FTC for fraud. The item is now a paperweight that will end up in a landfill since it cant be resold. $20 a month for a subscription cost is ridiculous. I smell a class action. The review is for the item that is made by happiest baby. The item was purchased on April 15, 2024 through kidsy. As a seller of happiest baby products my review is just for that.
