Sep 02,2024Item came quickly. Description said box was damaged but unit in great shape. Only shipping box had a couple minor dents. Inside box was in perfect shape and unopened. Thanks for the amazing deal.

But won’t know till my nephew opens his gift. Just a recommendation I would actually pack item in a box and not send on it’s own.

The only negative thing was the box came quite heavily damaged and had pieces of cardboard taped over a fairly large area of the box as well as a lot of packaging tape. Fortunately nothing was damaged or missing.

Sep 03,2024TLDR: unethical business. I would give negative stars if possible; would NOT recommend. I'll start with the less egregious offense, and go from there: I placed an order and did not pay for the extra insurance in case something happens. When my package was misdelivered (it was signed for by someone I don't know) they wouldn't even pretend like they would help, and indirectly accused me of lying about it. Thankfully, the package made its way to me a few days later. When I opened the package, the item was missing a piece. I contacted customer service, where we went back and forth over the return. They said they would replace the missing part, whereas I said I just wanted to return it and be done. They said no, their return policy states they can replace the missing part. I said no it doesn't, and quoted their return policy to them. *This is where it gets good* I then didn't hear from them for a couple of days. Right before I quoted their return policy to them, I had presence of mind to screenshot the policy because, considering how difficult and untrustworthy they'd been up until that point, I wondered if they might change the policy to reflect what they were now telling me. And sure enough, that's EXACTLY what they did. I replied with a screenshot of their original policy and said I knew they changed it. They simply replied with a return label. I will not be doing business with them in the future and would discourage you from doing business with them, too.
