The package arrived and the box was a mess. The bassinet was dirty and was not the color in the description. It had been returned and was resold to me. I had no idea this company resells. I was totally embarrassed when my niece opened it. I also paid extra for the return and was initially told I would not get my full refund. I can't do business with a company like this. The package is in route back, so I will see how much of a refund I will receive. Was disappointed, I like to give the independent companies rather than big box. However, with this experience, I'm going back to the big box with no hassles!

Listed as NEW, sent me an obviously used/broken item. Refused to allow me to return item, suggested I contact the manufacturer for replacement. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away!!!

I was a bit skeptical purchasing from this website as I didn’t know how legit it would be. After reading the reviews I was convinced it would be fine. So I ordered a bugaboo fox 5 stroller. The shipping was quick and I was so excited to open it, only to discover that the wrong color was sent to me! Not only that, but the stroller had damage in multiple spots (dents on frame, deep scratches). I looked up that color on their website and it didn’t show that it had damage , just said “open box”. I contacted them for a refund, they made me drive it fedex which was a hassle because the box was heavy for me as a petite pregnant woman. Getting the refund took forever (over 3 weeks) even though I shipped the stroller back the same day as I received it, and they received the package within a few days. Customer service was confusing and annoying as it was only through email. I got multiple emails at different times saying my refund was issued and I should receive it shortly. I had to wait over 10 days since the first email so I was very frustrated and lost hope that I would ever receive my $900 refund back. Stay away from this company if you want to avoid a headache.
I purchased a used Wonderfold wagon for an excellent price. It was missing a couple of pieces that were supposed to be included, but customer service was very prompt and had new pieces shipped from the manufacturer very quickly. Would definitely recommend!!!

I went to purchase the product for a price and as my credit card was being ran the price literally changed and took my money for the original $24 a box and then it took me right back to the checkout and showed the $24 crossed out and increase in price and I'm sorry they should have honored that price.. It was a significant price change And I just don't think that's very good guest service when I complained they pretty much told me nothing they can do And then When I received my boxes Somebody had opened one of them Cut open the packaging and put them back in and resealed it But I did not Put a complaint in because There was no way for me to prove it After that I recorded every opening of every box But that was the only box that was done like that So definitely not the greatest experience at all
