Aug 11,2024Original order was incomplete - missing the 2 most important pieces of the train set, and missing packaging, so pieces were simply stuffed into a heavily taped box. After I sent photos of everything and described what was missing, Kidsy sent another shipment, but this time it was as advertised, and was complete and in new condition.

Aug 10,2024I bought a car seat from them. The price was superb compared to what it retailed for. Most used car seats in the area cost as much or more and were about to expire or far dirtier. It was listed as “gently used, may have small stains” something along those lines. I was pretty nervous about the order but it arrived in a torn up box but untouched otherwise. All the tags still new. internal packaging new. It is fantastic! And has a recent manufacturing date (within the past year).

Aug 05,2024Product came in good working condition but was absolutely filthy. I’ve washed some of it. But some can’t be washed. I’m not sure I’ll be able to get it all clean. Really shocked it was still so expensive and came so dirty. Didn’t look like there was any attempt to clean it before sending.
