The website was very easy to use and has great prices. I ordered two items and was emailed the order number. The order number was the same for both items. When I received an email saying my order had shipped, it had the one order number, so I assumed both items had shipped. I had to go back through "my orders" to see that only 1 of my 2 items had shipped. It was a little confusing at first but after going through the website, I was able to see which item had shipped. When I received my first item, a bassinet, the box had a lot of damage. I don't blame the website, I used the work in a warehouse so I understand when there are multiple people handling packages, there can be some damages to the packaging. After I put together the bassinet, I noticed it was damaged as well. I contacted customer service. It was really easy contacting them, just had to email them. And they asked for photos of the damage to the item. Again, very easy to send the pictures of the damage to the box and to the bassinet. I received an email a day or two later saying that a replacement was sent with a tracking number. Received my replacement later that week and there was zero damage to the bassinet. I had also received my second item, while I waiting for the replacement bassinet, and that item had zero damage and came with everything in the description. I would definitely order from this website again!
