May 08,2024I’m not very impressed with the customer service. No real sense of urgency. It took too long for delivery. The first person I talked to about placing a scooter order kept making mistakes. I paid for expedited delivery for the bill of sale and they never followed through. They gave me excuses about why it didn’t get it mailed sooner and they kept the $25 I paid for expedited delivery. Aside from Myrna who was helpful who cleaned up all the mistakes the others made, I would recommend buying from another company. I hope the owner of this company reads this and takes the appropriate action. It would a shame for sales to suffer because of a the irresponsibility of a select few.

May 07,2024Ordered a Tao Motor 2023 Jeep Auto 110 Go Kart. Paid for faster handling. Shipped quick without any problems. Came completely assembled even though I did not pay for assembly. I plan on buying another one soon.

May 07,2024The ATV we ordered for our son was out of stock. We were contacted and given another option with a great deal. For the inconvenience they assembled the ATV for us. From the time I was told it was out of stock to it being delivered was quick... maybe 5 business days. I am happy so far with how the ATV is performing. There were a few things that were knocked loose that needed to be tightened up, but that is to be expected.

May 05,2024I have not even had the moped for 2 weeks I've already had to replace the battery got a bigger battery for it and I'm going to have to replace it again so I don't know what kind of what's wrong with it but it's draining my batteries and I keep having to replace them not good

May 04,2024Great to deal with keep you updated anytime you ask. If you want something they will go every route to get you what you want. Website can be a little tricky not wanting to add some options upon buying. But they will call you and verify what you want and fix it with no problem. Wish you would get some small to mud size side by sides and it would be my one stop shop.

May 02,2024What went wrong is I purchased a scooter for transportation that I needed as soon as possible and y'all do not send the certificate of origin with it when I live in a state that needs it tagged and registered so I waited all the time for it to be delivered only to have to go through hoops to get a certificate of origin sent and now I'm waiting even longer hoping that it actually shows up in the mail cuz I'm yet to get it so so far I've been out of transportation for over 2 weeks having to pay for alternative transportation when all you had to do is make sure every product that went out had a certificate or origin with it and none of this would ever happen

May 02,2024Received a four wheeler that was best to hell, scraped and the sprocket and breaks shoes were both broken. I have been reaching out to the company and am waiting for an email so I can send photos. For the amount I paid to the wheeler and to ship it I expected better. I have a very unhappy husband and an even unhappier 7 year old who wants to ride his birthday present but can’t.

Apr 29,2024Bike showed up in good order and went together easily. Once we realized the kill switch was off it started right up. My son rode all day sunday with no issues, I want to see how it holds up for a few more rides before giving 5 stars. Bike looks great and has a lot of cool features for the price.
