Apr 04,2024This is as our first purchase for four wheelers and it’s been a big headache. Not really as happy as I wanted to be. We ordered 3 and they arrived scratched , broken headlight and foot steps for two of the four wheelers aren’t even the right size. The place where you put screws in don’t even line up. It takes awhile to get someone to respond back to you when submitting support ticket. You would think you can easily call and speak to someone that can help you out but every time you call you get a recording and you may or may not get a call back.

Apr 02,2024I brought 2 different ATV one stop working within two week of purchasing it. I got in touch with someone about a week later after it stopped working. I've been emailing and sending videos of the atv back and forth for 3 1/2 months before they send a replacement part and still not working. The other one has stop working a month later I didn't bother by contacting them again because you can only contact them through email by putting in a work order. I will never recommend them or purchase again. that's $2000 wasted. they both just setting in the garage

Mar 30,2024Would not buy from them,I fully expected for the bike to need some work to be reliable,but it arrived with broken controlls,the foot peg was broken completely off,front forks were leaking oil on brake pads,speed ometer drive for front wheel was broken,and no response from them on parts to make it even rideable.

Mar 30,2024The driver dropped the crate 100 feet from my apartment instead of bringing it back to the door which was tolerable however trying to get the title to register the vehicle to drive. It is another pain in the ass entirely. Still waiting for the registration cannot drive the vehicle because I don’t have the registration register.

Mar 28,2024I made a mistake and ordered a machine I didn't want and they were so patient and understanding and immediately cancelled the order for me. Most of the time if people aren't going to get your money, they're less than helpful. That was not the case this time, and I was so appreciative.
