Jun 10,2024I paid for to be assembled and was not 100% put assembled, I’d like to get a refund on it but know that will not happen so not gonna waste my time, I wanted it assembled cause if I was at work the fiancé she’d be able to handle everything else there were bolts missing one on the right front tie rod good thing I double checked it over or kid would’ve been severely hurt cause of there mistake and I would’ve sued them forsure, chain was loose, chain sproket was missing bolts loose as well, I can’t remember how many cotter pins were missing that we’ve replaced, good thing I’m mechanical inclined others aren’t as lucky as I am with my resources or knowledge so if people pay for something it should come that way so if it’s for you or your child getting in anything from them I would double check every little thing on there equipment forsure. After me putting extra nuts bolts pins etc on it seems to run fine put fresh oil in it when we got it cause idk what kind of junk oil they send in them so I put some good stuff in it, my son loves it beside me messing with it before he could jump on and go. But safety first so everyone check everything again even if your not sure call around if you don’t know how to and get it checked 100% before you or any little ones jump on these things.

Jun 10,2024Welp,I didn't get the purchase and you guys charged the family member who bought the moped as a gift TWICE!! We ended up purchasing the scooter moped through Amazon and Easy Deals .com. or something. I don't know how this involves you guys exactly but my Mother was charged over 2000$ on her credit card and we NEVER ended up buying the moped through you guys. There's been a HUUUUGE misunderstanding and our (my Mothers) credit card needs to b refunded. I'm sure you guys are a great company and I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Jun 09,2024I had ordered a Vittaci 50cc Bullet with black for my 1st color, and blue for my second color. A few days later I received an email telling me Burgundy was the only color left, so I agreed to that color because I really liked that little motorcycle moped. I was given information on estimated delivery timeframe, how to request MCO, & etc. A couple more days go by and I received A missed call, which left a voicemail telling me that the Vittaci Bullet was out of stock, and would I like to choose something else in stock, or a refund. I am disappointed in the fact that all other 50cc scooters weren't what I was interested in, as well as being informed that Burgundy colored Vittaci Bullets were the only ones in stock available, to being told there weren't any. But to not be critical of this company, I will say customer service satisfied my request of a refund promptly, and if ordering anywhere online, never get ones hopes set on a particular item as it may be out of stock.

Jun 08,2024On the scooter: it got here early. It runs as promised. On the delivery: they dropped it off at some random spot with no warning. I didn't find out for hours, someone could have stolen it, if I didn't have such honest neighbors.

Then after we were able to finally place the order they emailed again saying our shipping location was going to charge an extra $100 which I’ve never even heard of in my life. Sketchy website I would never use them again. Still haven’t gotten the four wheeler and it was suppose to be a gift for my kid in the beginning of May

Jun 08,2024The boy turned 6 years old to open his eyes to his new 40 cc easy start easy install atv! Pure enjoyment on the child's face. There's no feeling like a boy who has the power to dream in the dirt with the throttle wide open. It was breeze to install. Although 1 disc brake was bent I straightened out and some tiny scratches on the plastic. Over all how fun was that! Thank you!

Jun 02,2024Everybody is crying about missing nuts and bolts. I was missing 2 small nuts for the handle bars that i got for .30 cents at napa. If u want perfect go to ur local honda dealership. If ur looking for a good "china" deal i 100% recommend them. Got the 110cc tao dirtbike. my son loves it and it hauls me around way better than i thought

May 30,2024I ordered a Vitacci Tank EFI Scooter in black, but I received my 2nd choice color which is the red. It was fine, my husband loved his surprise. Everyone I dealt with at Killermotorsports was helpful and responded pretty quickly to my emails whenever I had a question. Very professional and knowledgeable, the only thing I wished they emailed me on their own as soon as they got a shipping tracking number. Other than that, I was very pleased with my experience so far, I will update you after receiving my scooter title, if there's any problems. All in all, great experience, I would order from them again in the future and would recommend them for your motor needs.
