We ordered my son a new dirtbike and it arrived with zip tie indentions on the plastics and the graphics were destroyed.. I’m disappointed

The sale started with the best price available for what I was looking for, but excelled when the ATV was delivered way ahead of the estimated time frame. After delivery I had to reach out to customer service via email and I got a response within 10 minutes! That's virtually unheard of! And I am very jelly with the quality of the product.

I truly appreciate the salesman calling and keeping in contact with me threw the whole process. Even during shipping, updates were very nice. My kids absolutely love the 4 wheeler. It is perfect size. All the features are great.

I was pleasantly surprised how well the machine was packaged for shipping. Assembly wasn’t too bad. I didn’t receive a set of instructions but with a little YouTube help, I was able to figure it out. The CD that came with it was for “how to ride” and for a different machine. It would have been easy to include startup instructions and assembly instructions on the CD. A parts list may also be handy, as a sub business. I had been searching for a used cart before purchasing this one and there were a lot of machines in need of spare parts. Customer support was ok for a broken part but I wasn’t impressed with their help for starting the machine. Turned out it was just a loose wire on the kill switch, but I had to figure that on my own. It took four days before they told me the video didn’t work.

Most Amazing process and transaction ever. I ever made a mistake and accidentally bought 2 mopeds at first only needing 1, and they cancelled and had the money back to me within 48 hours. BUT GET THIS!!!! I ordered my Moped Monday at 10am, and Thursday Before 3pm it was outside my door!! Literally the most smooth and quickest way possible I could have gotten the same moped from anywhere else. I live in OKC which is a neighboring state, but still! So happy with the purchase. The scooter runs great as well. Do Damage whatsoever! Thank you! Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

They canceled my order twice. Block my number from being able to find out why and wouldn't give me a reason when I emailed them. Would just send automated emails reply. They have very poor customer support doesn't Even deserve 1 stars. Also when ordering I need to change the shipping address and told me in an email as long as item hasn't shipped I could change it but when spoke to them about it they said it can't be changed.

It was obviously a used item it came delivered fully assembled had gas and oil already in the tanks the carburetor was broken the throttle cable was broken anything does not shift properly not very happy with this product

I was very satisfied with my purchase (The boulder) for my 7 year old son. I love that website had varies colors and great videos to see what you are purchasing. I recieved my order in a timely manner, I did purchase the expedited shipping option. I also purchased the assembly option as well. No complaints on the assembly or delivery! My son loves his 4 wheeler. Thank you!

Not happy at all. This was ordered for a family member. Dennis spoke with the person delivering. Was told he would be called 30 minutes before delivering. This never happened. It was just dropped off early am was taken. How can something of this value just be left?

Was skeptical of ordering an ATV online at first. After reading some reviews I ordered one from them. Shipping was suppose to be 3-4 weeks, it came within 2 weeks. Would have been a couple days sooner but we had a bad snow. Would buy from again.

Would have loved to actually get the bike. The delivery company received the wrong phone number from them for us. Not clear whether this was a typo on my end or theirs. Either way, we are humans and it happens. However when the shipping company asked for more contact info such as an email address (which I had received numerous emails from Killer Motor on) instead of providing it they told the shipper to send it back. Then after a few hours on the phone with about 4 different people in different states we were told it would cost $175 more to re-ship. Couldn’t believe there wasn’t anything better they could do. We wanted the bike, a birthday present for my son, paid for it, paid for the shipping, but in order to get it we would have to pay to have it re-shipped, after they sent it back because they couldn’t provide an email? Only other option was a full refund. Which we took out of principal and now are looking for the same bike that we will get elsewhere. Just a bit confused how a company would prefer to lose a sale and a customer, eat the shipping cost of having it returned and end up with a poor review instead of just furnishing the shipping company with an email address?

I was not happy how one of the customer representatives tried to blame me for messing up the battery when I took it to auto zone and had them check the battery
