Jul 15,2023Product arrived within eta dates. Bike had slight damage but runs well. Minor crack in front plate and split on seat. Other than that it came assembled and the assembly package is reasonably priced. I would definitely order from you all again. Great service great price!!!

Jul 12,2023I ordered the vitacci clash 200cc,but got an email saying it was out of stock.So they offered me a refund or I could order something else.I chose to order something else which was the vitacci force 200cc.It arrived rather quickly and was in very good shape.i finished the assembly and gave it a ride.i love the scooter no issues at all.i will definitely order from them again

Jul 05,2023Until I receive the title in the mail this will stay at one star because I cannot drive this on the road or anywhere until I have it legally plated, so this is worthless to me this purchase until I get the title to where I can get it plated as soon as I get the title this will turn to five stars and I will also leave a good BBB review as well! I emphasize one star is because the title is the most important part to the purchase. Without the title. I might as well throw the thing away. Other than that it got shipped extremely fast and customer service has been great and the bike runs perfectly. If you were not a mechanic, I would recommend having a mechanic put the handlebars and front wheel on etc.. I would not recommend somebody doing it on their own unless you are certified. Update I received the MCO a.k.a. title and bill of sale in the mail and first things first do you have to have to go to the DMV or online and print out a vin check form and then have a officer come out and complete the Vin check form and then take all that up to the BMV and then you can get everything plated and registered and legal and insured without having to worry about taking your motorcycle test yet you can do that at a later date though you will not be legal driving the motorcycle on the road without a motorcycle license insurance is about 15 bucks a month I say to be 100% honest four out of five stars customer service was completely perfect very responsive

Jul 04,2023BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Paid for this to be delivered “assembled”. My son rode this for less than two hours on a grassy area and the wheel fell off causing an accident. Where to start with my issues and concerns regarding this company: 1) No bolt in the front shock. 2) Loose and missing bolts from frame to rear end 3) Missing axle nut on the right rear 4) Wheel came completely off while riding My suggestion is to avoid this company at all costs. This is unacceptable

Very reasonably prompt shipping and just days later my scooter arrived. I would do business with these fine people again and I'd recommend them to a friend.

Jul 17,2023Respond quicker , stop using an animated email service that is only interested in generating a ticket and number , and relies on facs and generic responses to “solve “problems . Your 2day responses are are not good customer service when in reality it just creats an endless email loop, they must get paid per ticket . You did have a person call after a week but she wasn’t interested in helping me with a shipping issue that could have been solved by simply giving you a new address , her solution was to cancel my order and tell me to go thru the whole order process again and when the issue comes up again to deal with it thru the shipping department another week wasted !! I ordered a quad from your competitor and had it before i got your zen desk to even respond on how to fix my issue .
