I seen alot of bad reviews but they were during the pandemic and we all had shipping issue.Consumers wouldnt understand this thats why they are consumers.... The bikes are in route everything was pretty seemless

Jun 01,2023My bike came with the clutch handle broke, and the front brake handle broke sucks. I had to buy my own stuff because they didn’t have it in stock and I was not waiting for a claim to be processed. They need to do better.

May 30,2023I am blown away with how amazing this experience has been. The guy called me to verify my order and then to ask for a third color choice. I was also emailed but I was super busy so I didn't respond for 7 days. After I responded they built my order and shipped it. Shipping company was easy to deal with and I just had to call and verify delivery time so that I could sign. The delivery company driver was so nice. I had mine assembled and only minimal work was required when it arrived. I followed instructions and changed the oil after the brake in period. I have been driving the Tao Tao Pony all over the place! No issues so far. It cost me $4 to fill the tank and I've been able to run errands using the Tao Pony. I'm tempted to buy another.

May 26,2023I ordered bike .. they told me it was good and taken care of and approved took money out my account and verified everything to turn around and tell me send another 200 bucks or get. A refund because of gas prices after says 275 for shipping

May 25,2023i bought new 2022 Tao motor tforce125cc ATV 03/08/2023 after second ride 15 min she wasn't able to stop the ATV because she's lost all rear brakes setup including the pads and the mechanism it's just fell apart and off the ATV while she driving, we contacted the company since we bought warranty and they said it's covered and we'll send you the needed parts, it's been more than a month and nothing happened since then ,this is ridiculous. I AM NOT RECOMMEND BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 05/24/2023
