May 20,2023I recieved my taotao scooter I thought I ordered this assembled but apparently not. I never recieved any communication reguarding the delivery of the scooter and it just showed up two days later, thankfully my wife had just got home from work i live in a "Bad" nieghborhood. I got the scooter together with my landlord who runs a motocycle repair shop and we couldn't get the scooter running. I called and talked to Jim, who was very nice to me when I called to make the purchase of the scooter, but was incredibly rude and unhelpful or understanding in any way. I ended up taking it to a repair shop up the street and turned out my scooter had a bad fuel pump. Your customer service is horrible! I thought I was going to either have to pay to get a new scooter fixed (which I did, or eat $1,300.00 on this purchase. Also the stress and fights this caused between y wife and I the time I spent watching videos and troubleshooting this thing, and arranging to get this to the shop. The whole experience was not good and I don't know if I will ever order something like that online again. Thank You Chad Stelnicki

May 18,2023Ordered 2 quads. One has an issue. Instructed that a ticket needs to be opened and that I will have to replace parts myself once they figure out what the issue is. Sent pictures and video as requested and was promised a 2 day turn time for a reply. It has now been 6 days and no word back. Will not recommend and will not do business again unless someone gets this under control. Just ordered my kids 2 dirt bikes but sure as heck not from here.
