Jan 08,2023I ordered the TAOTAO Boulder B1 110cc ATV for my 9 year old son on December 9th, so he could get it before Christmas. There was a delay, do to the holiday season and then were a little short on man power to get everything out in time. We finally received it on January 6th, 2023. I have seen reviews from the past, and still decided to give this company a chance out of faith, and they definitely delivered! I purchased this pre built, and it runs great! There are a few safety features on the atv that I absolutely love. It has a key fob for the parents, so that they can stop the engine from a small distance to prevent any dangers if needed. It also has an emergency stop cord that the child can pull to kill engine if they feel uunsafe. It's not loud, and is actually fast! If you are in the market for an ATV, I would recommend Killer Motor Sports, but be prepared to be a little patient and kind. Things happen, and you may not get your vehicle exactly when you expect it. This company deserves a shot as it seems they have really turned things around.

Dec 30,2022I placed my order on Dec 6th. with Guaranteed Christmas Delivery. expedited shipping, and was assured i would receive the quad for my son by Christmas. on December 20th it still was not shipped and i was told we have until the 23rd to get it to you. I am in upstate NY and the quad was in Texas. After back and forth for a few days i canceled the order and had to then find a quad at a local place which had it ready for me in a day to pick up Christmas eve!

Dec 29,2022Amy cancelled the shipment and directed it to another customer after them not being able to meet their promised date by Christmas. Offered $25 refund, I told them they needed to cover freight since it was not shipped out in a timely fashion. She took it upon herself to cancel. Have yet to get the refund, filed a discrepancy with my credit card company. Edit after response. This was not a delay in shipping. This was a delay in killer motorsports actually shipping the product. As I ordered within THEIR cutoff time for Christmas delivery.

Dec 20,2022I ordered 3 items from this company. They used saia as their initial shipping company. Saia has lost 2 pallets with 2 of my items on them. To which I keep getting the run around from both companies keep giving me the run around. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I have ordered. Killer motor sports tells me they need more time and saia tells me that I need to email that’s the fastest way to get answers and that it’s killer motor spots fault cause they didn’t put an expected by delivery date on it. These are Christmas presents and no answers I just keep getting the run around. Absolute worst experience and at this point they won’t give me a refund or overnight others for me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I’m scrambling to figure out what to do for Christmas for my kids now while killer motor sports holds my money and items. Worst customer service and experience ever!!

They called us and walked us through finding another bike for our child that would suit him and arrive in time for Christmas. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and fast. We will definitely use them again.

Dec 02,2022Customer service was helpful when I placed my order, after that things didn’t go as well. I did ‘curbside delivery’ and chose ‘assemble package for free’ at check out. When it got delivered it was raining and the delivery guy dropped it in the driveway in the rain, threw us the ticket and said it’s around the side you might want to get it out of the rain and turned and walked off before we could when say a word back. Literally darted. I called KLM and the lady who I spoke with said that’s what curbside service is and they usually don’t even come up the driveway. )The drive way is only about 40 yards). So you are telling me they usually leave a $1000 four wheeler on the side of the road when people order them? So her solution solution was file a claim. Which was useless, I called bc I needed the delivery guy to use the forks bc it’s on a pallet and heavy to move it at least out of the rain. She told me he couldn’t come back. She also said that’s why they send tracking so I could know when it’s coming and I guess flag the delivery guy down before he dumps it at the road? Then we go to open it to check it out and nothing is put together and we couldn’t find any directions. Battery wasn’t hooked up, gas tank, etc. so I’m confused on what ‘assemble package for free’ meant at check out. My husband isn’t an idiot so he could figure out how to put it together but I’m guessing some people wouldn’t be able to. Once we got it together it’s a super cool toy for our son. Very satisfied with the product itself. Just frustrated with the delivery and expectations based off what was chosen at check out.
