Sep 22,2024Pretty happy overall. The initial transaction with order processing was a bit slow, however once the the unit was ready for shipment the handling went rather smooth and quickly. Any question or concern I had regarding delivery time/date was answering quickly and in detail by a customer service rep. 2 weeks was my deadline from payment to delivery to have the unit on site for my sons birthday…they got it done in a week and a half with a holiday mixed in there mind you. I did find it a bit unfortunate that i could not pick the unit up personally via POV from their HQ as I happend to be traveling right through their area for work. However, I do understand their reasoning as every company does have their own list of SOPs. The unit itself (110 Hawk), absolutely awesome. My son loves it and is killin the trails on it.

Sep 19,2024I was a bit hesitant after some reviews but we had a great experience. The atv arrived within 10 days, it took about twelve hours to receive a notice of my order being received then a day or so later I reacher email saying it shipped and it arrived with no issues at all. Follow the email you get about how to set it up and you’ll be fine. Definitely ordering again!

Aug 24,2024Sales gets back to you immediately however support takes a minimum of 24 hrs to reply to a simple email. Every question takes at least a day for a response. A simple email conversation takes all week. Once you give your money you can no longer talk to support, only email. ATV arrived with following damages: -Snapped off brake lever -bent handle bars -torn grip -scuffed scratched paint in several locations Killer Motor Sports will not cover the costs to repair their product which was damaged during shipping. They would only send replacement parts and will not cover costs of time lost, cost of the repair, or replace the product. Who knows how long it will even take them to ship the replacement parts that I have to pay someone to install. UPS has not even received them yet. It’s already been 10 days since I filed the claim. ATV is still sitting on the pallet it was delivered on. Absolute nightmare of a company I gave my money to.

Aug 18,2024It is very hard to get in touch with your staff. You have a voice mail where you must leave a message and, receive a return call. Can't stand this kind of service from companies. Or you must leave an email and still wait for a response. I love the bike and you all did excellent in setting it up and, delivery but, please work on your customer service should be as good after you purchase as when you purchase.
